Reviews and Ratings
The Okura is a gem in Bangkok with spacious rooms offering a 180-degree panorama view of the city. The exceptional staff, beautiful restaurants, and direct skytrain access make it a must for all my future stays. The well-prepared and sealed rooms ensure a safe and satisfying stay, meeting all expectations.
Wow, let me tell you about this hotel! The rooms were absolutely fantastic, with a huge walk-in closet, a large workspace/table for two, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. They were so clean and modern, and I loved the dividers in the room. The service was top-notch, from the warmth and professionalism of everyone, including the General Manager, Mr Hammer, to the entire staff who provided impeccable service. They were all so nice and highly skilled, making me feel at ease and well taken care of. The location is prime, right in the heart of Bangkok's safe area near the shopping malls and good restaurants. I was impressed by the sky train station next to the hotel and the walking distance to the shopping malls. As for dining, the array of choices between buffet and Japanese was overwhelming, and the quality was splendid. The facilities were outstanding, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Now, a few cons would be that my room had no sunlight all day, which felt like a bit of a waste, and the price could be a bit steep. But despite those minor drawbacks, this hotel is definitely worth it for the experience it offers.
Staying at the hotel was a true Japanese oasis of calm and luxury. The rooms were meticulously designed with thoughtful gestures like Japanese night clothes and origami birds. The location was perfect for experiencing the high-end side of Bangkok, though a bit far from tourist spots. The dining offered an incredible blend of Eastern and Western choices. Overall, a luxurious stay with impeccable service.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely team providing excellent room service. The front desk was polite, and the daily small attentions from the cleaning service were very much appreciated. The breakfast had a great selection every day, and the bathroom contained both a tub and a rain shower section.
The hotel is newer and comfortable but rooms are not as spacious as they appear in photos. Access to the club lounge with complimentary evening cocktails is a plus. The service is lovely and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. The location is excellent, near the park and BTS line, perfect for fine dining options and shopping. The dining experience offers a wide variety of choices but lacks some healthy options. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel boasts well-appointed and modern rooms that are spacious and in very good condition, with stunning views from the higher floors. The service is universally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. The location is excellent, placing guests in the heart of the financial and shopping district with easy access to dining and transportation options. The dining experience offers a fantastic range of choices. The facilities are top-notch and well-maintained.
The hotel provides a fantastic stay with beautifully designed rooms influenced by Japanese culture, complete with high-tech amenities. The service is top-notch, offering professional and friendly assistance. The location is excellent, connected to the main shopping district via a convenient skybridge.
My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms are well-appointed, modern, and come with convenient features like auto-controlling curtains. I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcoming touch of red roses and cake in the room. The service here is top-notch, with universally friendly and professional staff who go above and beyond. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the financial and shopping district, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a splendid array of high-quality meals. The facilities are excellent, adding to the overall comfort and luxury of the stay.
I was extremely pleased with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything I needed until my pick up for a flight to Dubai at 8.35. They were spacious and all located on high floors. The room was very well prepared and sealed, ensuring no one entered after cleaning.
The hotel is located in a very convenient spot with easy access to the lift lobby. The quality of the sheets was top-notch, and there were always thoughtful touches that made the stay special. However, some areas could rival the standards of other luxury 5-star hotels.
Staying at The Okura Bangkok was delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and came with daily refreshing fruits and an iced bucket for a refreshing treat. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff eager to assist. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the Skytrain for exploring the city. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide range of Eastern and Western choices.
