The Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel, Bangkok

The Okura is a gem in Bangkok with spacious rooms offering a 180-degree panorama view of the city. The exceptional staff, beautiful restaurants, and direct skytrain access make it a must for all my future stays. The well-prepared and sealed rooms ensure a safe and satisfying stay, meeting all expectations.

Wow, let me tell you about this hotel! The rooms were absolutely fantastic, with a huge walk-in closet, a large workspace/table for two, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. They were so clean and modern, and I loved the dividers in the room. The service was top-notch, from the warmth and professionalism of everyone, including the General Manager, Mr Hammer, to the entire staff who provided impeccable service. They were all so nice and highly skilled, making me feel at ease and well taken care of. The location is prime, right in the heart of Bangkok's safe area near the shopping malls and good restaurants. I was impressed by the sky train station next to the hotel and the walking distance to the shopping malls. As for dining, the array of choices between buffet and Japanese was overwhelming, and the quality was splendid. The facilities were outstanding, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Now, a few cons would be that my room had no sunlight all day, which felt like a bit of a waste, and the price could be a bit steep. But despite those minor drawbacks, this hotel is definitely worth it for the experience it offers.

Staying at the hotel was a true Japanese oasis of calm and luxury. The rooms were meticulously designed with thoughtful gestures like Japanese night clothes and origami birds. The location was perfect for experiencing the high-end side of Bangkok, though a bit far from tourist spots. The dining offered an incredible blend of Eastern and Western choices. Overall, a luxurious stay with impeccable service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely team providing excellent room service. The front desk was polite, and the daily small attentions from the cleaning service were very much appreciated. The breakfast had a great selection every day, and the bathroom contained both a tub and a rain shower section.

The hotel is newer and comfortable but rooms are not as spacious as they appear in photos. Access to the club lounge with complimentary evening cocktails is a plus. The service is lovely and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. The location is excellent, near the park and BTS line, perfect for fine dining options and shopping. The dining experience offers a wide variety of choices but lacks some healthy options. Overall, a great value for the money.
